I came to nook in desperation to fix my hair after a disastrous perm caused by another salon that made me look like a poodle. I was in tears, stressed and so embarrassed to step out of my house because of it so i came here for help. The first thing I noticed walking in was how peaceful and quiet the place was. It put me at ease immediately. The ambience, calm music and scent of the shop made my anxiety wear off which was a huge relief. My stylist was Wallace. He was really patient listening to the whole story of how another salon screwed up my hair. I told him i decided to go back to my natural look which was straight hair and no-nonsense. He took the time to explain the whole process to me and even helped to cut off any dry parts of my hair as best as he could and even out my layers. The whole process was pretty long but so worth it I didn’t mind at all. He & another girl with blue hair (not sure of her name) straightened it so well and did their best not to cause anymore damage to my hair. At the end of it all he still gave me some advice on how to care for my hair at home which I appreciated. Wallace you are a lifesaver for helping me out. Will definitely come back and price range was pretty reasonable too considering how much work was put in to fixing the monstrosity i had on my head before and how demanding i was to fix it. Really well done and thank you!!! You’ve made me feel so confident again.

This is a very cozy, pretty hair salon owned by Japanese! The atmosphere is nice and relaxing! My hairdresser is Elin from Taiwan! The hair color I like very much?

Cosy hair salon in a shophouse run by a Japanese, just opened a few days ago. Friendly staff and stylists. Very patient in listening to what you need and Sone-san also gives you advice according to your needs. Did a hair colouring and cut - love it!
