Noticed so many positive reviews mentioning sales persons names, but my sales person is irresponsive and always gives false promise and not responding to calls. Overall they are not trustworthily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Sales Guy is very arrogant and boastful, I want to buy a Bed but he is asking a lot of details that normal buyer wont know. In the first place he should be the one explaining and recommending a bed. But instead, he want you to look like stupid cause you cannot explain and identify the specific bed you want to buy. I walk-out cause it seems he don’t understand the meaning of customer service. Leaving the place, feeling bad for the owner cause he has a very arrogant sales guys.
I walked nearby shop, and bought a bed and a dining table. The customer service were great and the price were reasonable. Better visit Xclusive Home, just within the building. Their furniture were elegant, reasonable and nice sales agent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eric was the salesperson that attended to us. Although he was busy with a few other customers, he still came by whenever he have few minutes to spare to check on us. Once he completed his other customers,he solely attended to us and gave us great attention. Moreover,the pricing was very flexible. Overall a great experience and will definitely recommend going direct to look for Eric as he seems to be more well-versed in all aspects and experienced.

We happened to take a look at some pull out beds and Eric Pak came to assist us. He was well detailed in explaining to us regarding the bed we wanted. He also made us feel very comfortable and met all our requests, which in turn led us to buy a pull out bed from him. Would like to thank Eric for helping us make this decision and also showing us different options for us to choose. Highly recommended to all.
