Their special red vinegar rice is worth a try. Located at the roof top of millennia walk, together with the row of Japanese restaurants

Nozomi features a really well thought out menu, along with some of the freshest ingredients ever seen. Great for a more full-fledged lavish experience, and just as great for a quick lunch with friends and colleagues. From experience, I would recommend: - Sashimi Platter - Wagyu Set - Nigiri Sushi - Dons Worth checking out, and the same level of detail from Yoshi is apparent in Nozomi, just with a more casual feel, fit for a more everyday-type experience.

Nozomi ?9 Raffles Boulevard Millenia Walk #02-06 Satisfying lunch set with premium ingredients. Salmon skin came with a good crispy outer layer and coated nicely with an appetizing sauce which paired well with rice. Sashimi were fresh. Ended meal with a serving of matcha ice cream. ?

Typical Japanese food. average price for average food. Great service, prompt serving (dined in at 1140am, 1st group of customer of the day) Taste of thaw frozen Hamachi but paying for $12 for 5 slices, I'm gotta said I'm satisfied. Unagi tamago don was disappointing. Lack of the unagi origin fragrance. Sauce overpowered the rice fragrance. Lack of balance. Ikura chawanmushi is good. Barachirashi is above average. Not gonna lie that the rice (vinegar rice?) is good! Ebi tempura don is below average, lol.. literally took 2 bite and gave it to my husband to ate it. Why I don't like it, the sweet sauce overcome the ebi fragrance, my prawn my veg and my rice all 1 taste, sweet sauce.

Taste: Superb Appearance: Superb Worth the value: Okay Service: Okay I had Tuna rice and added Uni, $18 for 3-4 small pieces. The taste is good and you can taste the freshness in it but it just too expensive considered this is not a fine dining standard. 2 sushi rice bento, 1 kids meal and 1 half pint beer costs around $150. Judge yourself if it worths the price.

Ordered the premium sashimi platter of 7 types of 5 slices each for about $140. Thinly sliced and fresh. Derived much satisfaction with Wagyu Steak, Sushi and Kushiage Bento. You wouldn't go wrong with the bento order.

Located at Nihon walk at Millenia. It’s a nice and chill place. Food wise, we had chawanmushi with Ubi and ikura. It’s good but we were disappointed that there was no other ingredients used in the egg to add texture and taste. We also ordered the pork katsu don and grilled pork dish. Both were good but not great. Portion sizes could be better for the price. The yuzu dessert was probably the best item we had that day. Another point off is that if you order using the app or QR code, the drinks are a seperate bill you have to pay even if you’ve already settled the bill for food. This could be done better.

This place really has very fresh and innovative items. Staff service is friendly and efficient. The avocado and hamachi salad was really nice with good slices of hamachi sashimi. The Joshi special chirashi at $88 came with good servings of sashimi and marinated rice, and taste great. Prices are on the high side. Only bugbear is why are the tables so small - ordered 3 items and things are already like falling off the table if you’re not careful.
