β β β β β Terrible customer service. I booked online and received an email saying there would be a surcharge for CNY. When I arrived, the sales assistant said that they had never confirmed my booking and that there were no appointments available. I asked why I received the email about the surcharge (which indicated that my booking would go ahead), and why they didnβt email me to say there was no availability. It was a very frustrating conversation.

β β β β β I had my very first waxing experience today with Jeslyn. I am a very hairy man. She is highly experienced and skilled at waxing multiple areas. She is fast and as painless as possible. She always prepared me well for sensitive areas and it made my first experience so safe and comfortable. I am lucky to try this orchard gateway location and meet such a professional therapist. I canβt wait to go back.

Was in a big dilemma to choose a waxing parlor and came across their deal on Brazilian 50% off as it was their store opening.
And boy how much I enjoy their services.
1. Booking: you donβt have to always call them over the phone. They are so helpful that they help booking your appointment through whatsapp or text too. Totally hassle free and very prompt.
2. Beautiful decor and very clean rooms. Their beds are the most comfortable and I literally doze off during sessions.
3. The ladies are very quick and efficient and ensure that the pain is minimal.
4. WORTH THE MONEY!
5. If itβs your first Brazilian, please try their parlours! You wonβt regret.
