β β β β β The terminal is brightly lit, clean and modern with all one would need at a terminal. Can get rather crowded on the weekends with people escaping the stress of the big city. I would personally prefer that direcrional sign boards be placed strategically to help people navigate to the place they would like to head to.

β β β β β While the place is quite small and not so "atas"(aka high class), there're sufficient amount of signboards, making navigation in the center an easy task. Also, the toilets are clean, despite the fact that it is a crowded place.

β β β β β Place is nice and very close to the famous VIVO City mall, thus you can go for shopping waiting the ferry schedule. Baggage checking-in is a bit crowded, however there are only 5 to 10 minutes quaying. Note: the baggage check-in officer back office is extraordinary proficient and professional.

β β β β β A nice and convenient place for those who are travelling by cruise or ferry to Batam. Connected to Vivo City. Plenty of car parks and eateries. Nice view too.

β β β β β Small and cosy banking place that is located at lvl 2. Not wheelchair friendly but it's right above one of the harbour front mrt exits. So guess that sort of compensates for it's lack for wheelchair friendliness.

β β β β β Just update particulars and queuing for one hour. Thereβs several group of customers cut queue which are after me. I complaint to the staff and they said theyβre premium services, why not ask your premium customers to do their services at a premium room? Why all cut queue to do so called premium service with us? Thereβs only two counter available for all. If very important customers, why not provide a more private space for them? Very angry about their explanation. Cut Q means weβre not important and no respect to us.
