Met with Faizal (if I remember his name correctly), he was very professional, friendly, insightful and very helpful in rendering the assistance we needed to find the perfect gift for my dad. He also had a colleague with him (forgot to get his name), who was also very helpful and friendly in assisting us. No hard sale, no pressure sales, just told us to sit back relax and enjoy their products. Had an amazing experience here and walked away with a Omknee2.0. Highly recommended to drop by to visit, enquire or make purchases. Really happy with the purchase and so is my dad.
