Great receptionist, but horrible doctor (Mark Tan Ming Long). 2nd time there. The first time I thought he was just tired and in a bad mood and had no time for me, but I was wrong. He is just a horrible doctor. Instead of focusing on me, he was messaging someone (it might have been Facebook). Granted he was taking my blood pressure, but it’s still very unprofessional. My blood pressure was on the higher side, so I asked if we need to consider upgrading my meds. He said “up to you. You have exercise, eat less rice, eat less salt”. Every doctor says this and I’m sure it’s true, but I asked again what I should do cause it can’t be up to me? He is the doc? He then got very moody and just brushed me off. So I just let it go. Meanwhile another patient was in the waiting area also super angry. He went in again after me and also scolded the doctor on his professionalism. Don’t be fooled by the receptionist. She is great. But if the doc is no good and not at all patient oriented, better look for someone else. Doc was the WORST doc I’ve ever encountered in Singapore. Shocked.
