The clinic is clean and spacious. Dr Michelle was amazing and to the point which was helpful. Would recommend!

Have visited Ohana 4 years ago as they are nearest to where i stay and like the professionalism of Ohana. Wei Jun is one of the most patience vet and he is taking every dog with 100% respect and giving the best advice. Unfortunately my schnauzer passed on and we adopted a toy poddle and she is with lots of condition. We look for Wei Jun again and we are slowly but surely bringing her back to healthy stage. Definitely a place to go to with our paw-friends. Recommended Vet in the east to go!

My cat is dead because of this vet. My cat had uti and the vet only emptied his urine and sent him back. He had more complications a few days after and we wanted to check up on him with this vet but they didn’t want to. Throughout the phone call, they were rude and not empathetic. We then went to a 24/7 vet but he eventually passed away because he actually had kidney stones. This could have been avoided if only we did an X-ray to confirm the kidney stones. What kind of doctor would not check the X-ray to identify the stones. This is a misdiagnosis and it is completely unprofessional. If your pet has any sort of problem, avoid this vet.

Service level of the staff manning the WhatsApp account has dropped tremendously. Messages are often read and not replied, or they reply with just another simple question to buy more time. We first visited this clinic in October 2021 and had received great service and professional vet advice from Dr Joy Wee. Fast forward couple months now, service staff seem to not bother with general enquiries and told us to go to over vet clinics when their appointment slots are full. Couldn’t they suggest other possible appointment dates/ timing? Guess they are too popular and surely can afford to lose (another) one worrisome paw-rent.

A huge shout out to Ohana Vetcare. Last Thursday we took our Zoey in for her medical, posted below is the extensive list of her treatments. I was absolutely neurotic as we had the worst experience 5 weeks prior to this from so called specialists which resulted in the untimely death of my Lulu. Ohana went out of their way to care for Zoey & to keep us updated constantly with photos & messages. Straight after surgery Dr Joy phoned me too. I cannot thank them enough for their attention to detail & kindness. The bill was extremely reasonable too - no added extras. Photos below of the care & love Zoey received & I so appreciate the fact that they went out of their way to keep her cage free & calm. Cannot recommend them enough. ❤️ Hi Cheryl, just an update on Zoey. Our plan for today: - Pre GA blood test + heartworm/tick fever test - Recheck her ears to see how she is getting along - I will be checking her eyes shortly - Spay - Dental, I feel that her teeth are not too bad, but to facilitate your teeth brushing we will do a scale & polish. She does have a couple of fractured teeth, so I will do an xray to see if any of those teeth need extractions today. - She has a mammary lump which we will remove - We also found a inguinal hernia (hernia at the groin area), which we will attempt to repair today.

I have a difficult Pom, he is ridiculously mischievous and refuse to let anyone of us clean his ears. Dr Michelle and her team did a good job of handling him and he was very good even though a little grumpy.

Abandoned case at my area. Brought to nearest vet clinic, do a complete blood test (all good and healthy), fiv/felv test (negative), vaccination n deworming, thanks to clinic for giving him revolution plus. ? 1st time at Ohana, the place is nice n clean. I find the staffs there were very helpful n friendly, thanks once again for charging my hp tat was low batt. ? Dr Michelle is so nice and professional. ? Hopefully tis fella wil go to suitable home. Character wise super chill, friendly, no drama at the clinic very cooperative tat makes Dr praise him too. I really hope more ppl would adopt/buy a pet with a responsible mindset.
