★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is too much smoke, day and night. My health has worsened since moving here. The building management cannot do anything. We're unable to sleep properly. I see smokers flick ashes off the balconies and people smoke in the common areas. The bus and train stations in front of the building, also attract many smokers. We are looking to move out as soon as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is awesome. Enjoyed staying here. Pool was great for adults and kids. Gym was good. Very near to Metro station, 1km for shopping mall.

- Plenty of open spaces
- Not crowded and serene environment within the condo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This condo is simply great. The facilities (swimming pool, etc.). We love the spacious living room with big balcony, as compared to other condos in Singapore. Very close to tanah merah station as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Optima @ Tanah Merah. Likewise the name "Optima", the most favorable situation or level for growth, reproduction, or success. One of a very beautiful condominium which doorstep to MRT station and next to an upcoming mixed development with retail mall. Nice pool and pool deck, a clubhouse with equipped gymnasium and tennis court on the roof terrace. Optima is a good place to stay and also a tenant sought after project for your choice list of your investment portfolio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located next to Tanah Merah MRT and bus station this condo is the best condo I've ever tried. It only takes 2 minutes from my room on 10th floor to bus station and totally 7 minutes to MRT doors.
There is hawker centre around 500 m from this housing.
Bedok, East Village is only one station from this housing.
For rent, it costs 2.500 til 3.000 SGD / month

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Condo is not bad; however, if you are a muslim, you might consider not to rent here as I have seen all the ceremonies here in that condo (Diwali fest- Chines new year- Christmas and Muslims Hari Raia) in all of these festivals you will see the condo put some decoration for them except for the muslims Hari Raia which I did not like and even my children did not feel the Hari Raia Ceremony with respect to this codo
