β β β β β Horrible experience.. Orensports work on a very inflexible basis and absolutely non-negotiable. Ordered 40 Black caps, 20 White, 20 Navy and 20 Sand, and the supplier delivered 100 Black caps... Told me at first he is able to refund $0.80 per cap for the caps he messed up ($48) and already asked my NRIC for his accounts to process. Immediately after I gave him my IC, he told me the refund cannot be given.... Said he would give me a discount on my next order but when I asked him how much (for accountability, if not next time he tell me the discount $10), he kept ignoring my question for accountability and tell me the discount he will tell me next time i ordered....... Absolutely bad experience dealing with him, have to refund my customers on the caps that they ordered because the color they wanted wasnt delivered. Horrible... Unprofessional... Advised not to engage them...
Their rates are also not the best, the only reason why i engaged them is due to their quick lead time.

β β β β β Highly not recommended. Staff was super rude, reply super slow (take about an average one day to reply), even called me just to "tell me off". Agreed to deliver before 12pm, in the end my jackets came around 2pm. Seriously? Explained to me its due to some custom issues (which I can understand), but I already explicitly stated I need the jackets urgently, if cannot ensure an efficient delivery, then don't even promise it in the first place. Let me wait stupidly for so long, could have at least give me some warning or disclaimer right? Requested for invoice, took forever to send me the accurate invoice (my name was typed wrongly in the invoice), ask them to amend the name also can amend the name wrongly, wow super speechless. One star only for the affordability and quality, but the staff was really quite rude, will never order again. The staff that was coordinating the things with me is called Irene by the way. Watch out if you want to order from this company.

β β β β β Years ago, I emailed to get a quotation and a staff named Jayden assisted me. My experience with Jayden was great, prices were clear and a quotation was promptly sent. After confirmation, an invoice was issued and everything was perfect. Dropped by their outlet, paid for my items and everything was smooth. I give Jayden 5 stars.
Fast forward to today. If I could give zero stars, I would. Sent an email for a quotation, was told Jayden has since left and another sales staff, James would assist me. Was prompt in getting in touch, (via whatsapp). Asked what I was looking for and the quantity. After deciding, I asked what the price was. Which he replied, for example (CT7102 - $8+gst per pc). Maybe I have a misconception of how to read prices.
Went down to their office to make payment and collect my item, first, I was told James is on leave (everyone is entitled to leave, can't fault him), but I did inform him that I will be coming down on this date, the least he could have done was inform me that he was away and I should look for another colleague.
Never mind, let me share the experience when I got there.
When you walk in, there are 3 tables with staff, all will stare at you, but none will approach you to ask if you need any assistance. They just stare at you, (maybe in hopes you would leave the store).
A kind man with a trolley, approached me, was helpful. Found my order, passed it to me then handed me over to a lady to process payment. The next part is interesting.
Took the invoice, and saw the total price, from the quotation of $8+gst per pc. To me, that meant $8 is inclusive of GST, 10 shirts would cost me $80, turns out no, the GST had yet to be included. the GST was $5.60 for the shirts, small amount and I would pay for it, but I asked her about it and her replies astonished me. "can you call James?". I showed her the messages between James and myself and explained the prices. He is your colleague, you should call him.
Not surprised, since this lady won't call him, and of course, on his day off, no response from him. So I tried explaining to this lady that if you are quoting a customer and if the prices are excluding GST, why put $8+gst? She then explained to me that they always quote their customers w/o GST. + means include, why put + and say not included?
For example, a quotation for an item at $10+delivery, does that mean the delivery is included in the price of $10? Or when making payment, I tell you $10+delivery does not include delivery fee, you need to pay $5 more and I only tell you when you make payment. Doesn't sound correct right?
Next she says, "then what you want me to do?", so I said "remove the GST, or adjust the prices to include the GST, so that I pay what I was quoted". She then says, "you can cancel your order or make the payment". WOW, such customer service. Come down to your store to make the payment and you threaten the customer to pay what you tell us or leave. I needed the t-shirts, so I made payment and left. (no need to argue, this kind of service, waste time)
Never experienced such customer service like this, when Jayden served me, prices were transparent, service was excellent and everything was prompt, can see why maybe Jayden left this company. Good staff won't stay in such places.
Did some checks with IRAS and found a guideline on how prices are supposed to be displayed in store and in quotation based on verbal or written agreement. Since this is a GST registered company, and the quotation given to me was unacceptable according to guidelines, a report shall be made about this. I do highly suggest you go read up on the guidelines.
I sincerely hope that your attitude towards customers changes. My experience has been worlds apart. Especially the lady. Can't believe you had the audacity to ask me what can you do. The solution was simple, adjust your prices or even apologise for the error, not once did I hear sorry, just excuses and even threatening the customer. Don't ask for a solution, think of one and be the solution. If you can't, don't work in the service industry.
