They are so quick to make a sale and so quick to take my cash and yet, when they call you to inform you the day and time they will deliver the chair, they did not turn up. A gift for my father becomes a disappointment for all of us.
Regret for taking leave to wait for the delivery, add to that, phone are no longer picked up at 1800, someone must have left the office punctually. Should have gone for more reliable brand.
Utterly disappointed!

Very bad Aftersales customer service.
Will not consider buying OTO in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a massage chair. The lady said will deliver between 2pm to 4pm. Then the delivery guys changed timing to 6pm to 8pm and didn’t have the courtesy to inform. Don’t get anything from them!
