โ โ โ โ โ Compared to the other similar product that cost almost 40% more, this is much more value for money. SHY Japan patented the SHY Zip Fastener System in 1987 for 20 years and they are the official and only sole distributor of DOOYAยฎ tubular motors. Visited three different shops selling similar products before finally deciding on them. The actual folks who came down to do the work are friendly and professional. Has been 3 weeks; no issues (touch wood) so far. Contact Titus or Jennifer.

โ โ โ โ โ A bad after sales service. Got my motorised blind installed by them via residence groupbuy.
As usual, salesperson bittersweet at the beginning upon signing up. The motorised blind installation was done without pairing to smart system which they promised to do it. Salesperson did not ensure on the functionality after installation but instead kept pressing for final payment. Made repeated reminders on the pairing issues but nothing being done. I am having a hard time now googling on how to pair the blind and curtain motor to my smart home system.

โ โ โ โ โ Bad after sales service. SMS no response, calls are not picked up, WhatsApp not responded to. I finally got a person on the line after calling more than 10 times who said that she will get someone from the technical team to call me but the call never came. I called again to follow up and no one answered. 10 days on, I still canโt get any tangible technical support. Buy from them only if you will like to install disposable blinds and even so at your own risk. Otherwise I am sure there are better vendors out there.

โ โ โ โ โ They were good initially in the installation process. However my zip track has issues 2+ years later and although within warranty it has been nearly impossible to arrange an appointment to arrange a repair appointment despite trying for over a month. Was met with that they will follow up soon (which they never did and i had to repetitively message for an update), that so and so is sick and ask me call someone else, admin is on leave, and when I managed to finally get a reply they will ask for the next day at an odd hour which is impossible to suddenly take leave.
Today, when trying to call again they informed they are with other clients and will "call me back later today" (which from previous experience with them is very unlikely to happen).. So despite the competitive group buy pricing, please be warned the follow up for repair and customer service is very very bad...
