★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible mistake to give the trial a try. Totally damaged my hair, and my hair just looks like a stack of dry hay now. The staff didn’t even believe and just say my hair is not suitable. Really did not expect such response and service from a supposed to be reputable company. Very disappointed and upset. Pls double and triple check before trying. Thank god I did not sign any packages when they started to get pushy for sales.
