★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was really disappointed with the service rendered. Both the female staffs behind the counter seemed tired (there were only 4 guests in the house). They projected such negativity, bad facial expression and body language. There's no pleasantries, no smile. A big NO NO to our service industry.

The biggest problem with this cafe is how much disposable stuff they use.
Even the disposable cutlery was individually wrapped in plastic bags :(

But today i came back from trip and had a penchant for yr sandwich and mushroom soup was greeted by Alfred and Theresa yr friendly and wonderfully cheerful with a professional attirude. Kudos to them for lifting this gloom! Pleasant surprise and will be back for more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service while dining in. Wobbly tables where you get a free coffee shower with your order. But the staff doesn’t bother n don’t care! Unfortunately, a monopoly since McDonalds on the same level is shut. A take away stall would have been a much better experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at Terminal 3 Arrival, this is a good option for a place to sit down, use your computer while waiting/ chilling. The music and ambience are good, food options available with sandwiches, buns, pastries, cakes etc. Coffee is not bad, matcha latte is quite nice. Service is fast, though not exceptionally good.
