I reached the clinic at 12.38pm and was turned away by the staff. The reasons given were, the cut-off time was 12.30pm, and the doctor needs to have lunch. I actually misheard and thought she said I can go for lunch for and go back at 2pm. I told her that I'm too sick to eat anything, and she clarified that the doctor needs to eat. I really thought she had at least some concern for the patient. I think the least she could have done would be to go ask the doctor.

Bring my child there today. He been having diarrhoea since yesterday. 7 times today before going to the doctor, once just right before entering the clinic. Right after take the medicine after consultation, he is ok. Caring and gentle doctor with kid. Receptionist helpful.

Very mechanical, not impressed with the service. I took an annual medical test, the report was sent to me and I was scheduled for a debrief call with the doctor. The call lasted 5 minutes only. The doctor seemed very eager to end the call, although there was 1 potentially severe condition. No additional information was given, no background, no advice, no explanation beyond the medical report. I did not get the impression the Doctor was very interested at all. I will look for a different clinic next time

Took my son there as he's down with a flu/cough. Very rushed consultation by Dr Ong, I've never come across a GP who is so fast and it felt like he can't wait to get you out of his clinic ASAP. Even though he did say Bye and tried to be polite. We were in there for barely a minute. Unless you are down with a simple illness, I won't recommend this clinic.

This is a factual encounter and not a personal judgment. Had symptoms so decided to self-test which turned out positive but line was faint. Came to this clinic which is walking distance on Friday noon two weeks back. Told the staff I was protocol 2, so they gave me an express checkup with the doctor. Doctor X donned his layers, did a rather quick swab which yielded a negative result. Gave me a 5-day MC and sent me home. Argued and insisted im positive as the symptoms are clear for me. I was having chills, feverish, throat was sore. Regardless, doctor's lateral flow swab (ART) confirms negative. Was feeling ill so went to sleep till evening to discover that at 12.24pm, i received a SMS notice from MOH stating that Im positive and to identify all close contacts. I was confused. My healthhub confirmed Im negative. Called MOH next morning on Saturday to be told clinic submitted positive. Called clinic to confirm, they checked and sent me email to say it's negative. Went back to clinic Saturday noon to get retested so that i can log my positive status on healthub. Doctor Y asked me why are there 2 statuses in their system. Also asked my why I left the house revisit them when Im positive. Stumped, i told the doctor the events yesterday and he reluctantly retested making snide remarks. To make matters worse, they charge for retesting but thankfully, this is under my company's medical claims. And to top it off, my husband who was also tested positive for covid came to this same clinic 3 weeks before me. He had different symptoms but we both got the standard package of drugs, ie paracetamol, liquid for dry cough and lozenges for the throat. I had diarrhea and a very stuffed nose and he had body ache muscle fatigue but the dr never even bothered to ask us what symptoms we had. And this is a renown chain.

The nurses are rude. They don't call your name properly and when you confirm with her if it is your turn. She stared at you and said rudely " I called xxx!"

Transactional consultant who spoke so fast and as if it's going through the tick list of symptoms. When asked if I have a fever, told the Doc this is something I am trying to find out as I was feeling cold. Nothing was done. Did not proceed to take my temperature. First alert! What's disappointing next was told him I was having yellowish phelgm he proceeded to say I can give you a phelgm medicine to help. At a split second he realised I was under a corporate coverage - he took back his words and said "O I can't give you as phelgm medicine is not covered under your insurance!!!!" Seriously! Totally disappointing for a parkway health type of consultant. Please review the quality of your doctors esp Dr. ONG JH J.
