★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having used telemedicine for myself a couple of times, I was keen to try this platform for my pet. It was easy to schedule an appointment and so convenient. My dog tends to get stressed going to clinics so it was a relief for him. I would definitely recommend this to all paw parents.

Luckily we managed to book a tele-consultation via Pawly Clinic and the experience with the vet was good! We also had the medications delivered to us within 2 hours. My family is very grateful and impressed - fast, convenient and efficient.

Not to mention, medicine is sent right to your doorstep. Overall, a fuss-free experience from the comfort of my own home. I think my cat is happier too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely very convenient especially for pets that are jumpy when brought outside. Only thing was I requested for immediate care and there was only one slot, and none the next day. Also, wasn't stated that immediate care medication will be delivered the same timing as normal care, which meant i had to wait overnight to get the medication the next day.
Overall, convenient and a step forward to better vet consults. Just take note that if your pet has been showing symptoms that you want taken care of immediately, opt for consults in the morning/day or head down to a clinic.
