Good service. Wide range of products and they usually have some promotions going on . Because of the location this branch is also quite quiet which I like . They do sell small animals, hamsters, rabbits etc.

Bought a cat tree on 1st Nov that was only in contact with my cats around 3 times. Delivered on 10th. On 16th Nov reported defect but accidentally sent to no reply email which was sent to me regarding delivery. On 17th Nov reported defect on pet lovers website. In short claim was rejected due to expiry of 7 days rule after purchase. After corresponding with their customer service was offered options which included costs to rectify to problem or to investigate. Am not going into details but as a two year member and having just renewed my membership at a fee, I will be avoiding this company. My first cat tree bought with them lasted two years before it broke down. Now this company have shunned all responsibilities. Should had known better to buy a last piece discounted cat tree. For $45, well done to pet lovers centre. Final update - item exchanged for cat food of equivalent value. Will continue to support since service recovery done. Update - after investigation because of review and promised collection and delivery back at no cost on phone, was offered no exchange and to collect at retail store or pay $10 for delivery. Again broke promise. Responsibility shunned yet again. Reported defect in a week but was informed I had used item for 2 weeks and they had done quality check before delivery. Suspect the plastic component of the shaft of the item must have disintegrated or weakened over time just like how boots or shoes will crack due to long period without use. Customer service is really non existent. I finally received the cat tree all parts dismantled and I have no idea how to fix it back as it seemed that some parts are missing. Screws are missing as well. And I reported 1 shaft base broken now came back with other two shafts broken off.

Regular customer here. Where i always buy my hamster's food and bedding. Great customer service. There is even a friendly community cat relaxing nearby as the staff feeds it regularly.
