I lost the membership details on my phone app after I reset my phone. She was very willing to assist me with the retrieval of my membership card details.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever we need something urgently for our pup, we'd go to this branch to check it out. While this branch is quite small and doesn't have a lot of the items, it still has the essentials. What stands out with this branch however, is the staff. Whoever's on shift, they're all very accommodating and helpful. They give you ample time to explore on your own but are always ready to recommend items for your need.
Tip: You can call their hotline to check if items are available, this is not only specific to the Hougang mall branch but to all Pet Lovers branches.
