★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just called to ask about did they started to sell hamsters. A female staff who answered the call was super rude. What kind of service is she doing. I believe if u have this kind of staff. U gonna lose customers big time. Hope u can look in to it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although not as big as other outlets, the staff there are approachable and friendly. They offered good and useful advice on what to buy for my doggie (diapers, food for senior pets, etc). Always willing to help.

But the male staff came out and offer his help by showing me some of the pictures from his phone. He is very friendly and helpful. He go extra mile to settle my confusion. I can't really read his name. I think the name of the staff is Lawrence..time visited is 9.20pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a great little pet shop, prices here are pretty good. I normally pick up a thing or two for my cat if I pass by or if I need something on the same day. Customer service is usually good too.
