★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the wide range of products they offer. However, when visited the outlet early this month i was shocked by how the cashier replied me. I purchased a nail clipper and casually asked her the usage of the clipper so that i can avoid hurting my pet. The cashier just replied, "just cut lor". I looked at her, shocked, paid for my purchase and left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was going to get a cat condo. however, when paying with my vouchers, the staff told me that there will be no delivery available if paying by capita vouchers and also delivery will take 2 to 3 weeks ???? Hello pet lovers centre, why is there no free delivery when paying by capita vouchers ? and delivery takes 2 to 3 weeks ? how to support local like that ?

As I am a new owner to pups, I had trouble her with Manu many enquiries and she is nice to explain and tell me alot of things that is good for my little baby. She's a petite Chinese girl, really bubbly too!
