★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I PLACED MY ORDER ON 13 MAY 2021. AFTER 3 DAYS, THERE WAS NO NEWS ABOUT MY ORDER. I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CALLS OR EMAILS TOO. I SENT AN EMAIL TO FEEDBACK ON MY DISSATISFACTION. AGAIN NO REPLY. ON 25 MAY 2021, I RECEIVED A CALL TELLING ME THAT MY PARCEL WAS DELAYED. NO APOLOGY RENDERED.
THIS IS DEFINITELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. FIRSTLY, IF ANY PARCEL CANNOT BE DELIVERED WITHIN 3 DAYS AS WHAT YOU HAVE PROMISED IN YOUR WEBSITE, PLEASE INFORM YOUR CUSTOMERS. SECONDLY, THERE WAS NO TRACKING MECHANISM IN PLACE THAT CAN AUTOMATICALLY TELL CUSTOMERS THE WHEREABOUT OF THEIR PARCELS. THIRDLY, YOUR STAFF DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY WERE STRESSFUL AND UNAPOLOGETIC ON THE PHONE. IT SEEMS THE COMPANY IS NOT PLACING EMPHASIS ON GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LOGISTICS SERVICE BECAUSE WHAT YOU CANNOT ACCOMPLISH, OTHERS CAN DO PROMPTLY.
