โ โ โ โ โ If you are looking for someone who would seriously treat your body for its injuries instead of just fluffing around, Seamus is definitely the person to go for.
As soon as I laid my head down, he spared no seconds and started working on me like an absolute machine. I have been to multiple sports therapist and when it came to precision & technique, Seamus is in my opinion, probably the highest in ranking thus far.
He has a structured approach when it comes to treatment and would detail out the specific body part he is working on and why it was important that he starts there.
if you are thinking that an hour of session with him may not be enough, think again. I think he got more done in 30 mins than what 2 hours of sports massage would typically get me.
Towards the end of the session, Seamus also provides guidance on what would be the correctional exercises to be done, and he takes time to guide you to perform them.
Am looking forward to my next session with him!

โ โ โ โ โ Seamus is a very professional sport massage therapist and he know very well on how to help up to reduce muscle tension, neurological excitability which in turn improve my joint range of motion and flexibility. I am glad that my friend introduced Seamus to me and with the said sport massage at the very first time, it really help me to improve my physical conditioning cum blood flow, especially after my strength trainings workout. Thumbs up for his excellent service !!!

I had a backpain after slipped on the pathway and feel better after the first session. Seamus is definitely skilled and know what heโs doing with our stiff muscles. Will get back again!

Seamus does an excellent job at patching you up - releasing all your knots, relieving joint aches and muscle pains - keeping you in tip top shape and performance. You will feel an instant release and improvement after every session. Being a full time personal trainer and lifting weights 6 times a week, Seamus has been pivotal to my performance in and outside of the gym. Highly recommended.
