Amazing service from Miko, the therapist who was so caring and professional. Felt like i was in really good hands and the end results are pretty amazing. She constantly checked if i was feeling alright, and explained each step before she proceedes. Kudos to Crystal as well for sharing the information without being overbearing and giving me space to make a choice. Fairly complicated membership rewards programme but crystal took the time to explain the mechanics and it was quite clear in the end. Thanks!

It’s been a year since I started visiting PHS Bedok outlet. The staffs here are very friendly and professional. They gave a lot of advices on how to take care of your hair. The hair products are helpful to my hair. I am happy of my current hair condition. Overall, it’s a good experience and will recommend this place to my friends and family.

Went for a consultation and decided to go with their Advanced Scalp Repair Treatment that they were having a promotion for. Learnt a lot about my scalp, such as the type and the areas of concern through their scalp analysis. The staff there were very thorough, friendly and professional throughout the entire process. Often, people encounter a bad experience because they were paying a promotional price or refuse to opt for additional treatments, etc. However, that wasn't the case here, I had a wonderful experience and was well taken care of. No hard selling involved, able to choose what treatment I wanted without any pressure. Staff was also very well trained and assuring, explaining every step of the process and every product they were using. They offered tips for a better, healthier scalp along the way as well. The thing that impressed me the most was their post-service support. The consultant kept in contact even after service to ensure the products I have purchased are suitable and also clarified a few concerns I had. One product that I have purchased was the Soothe series shampoo and tonic. Very impressed by its effectiveness as it really dealt with my dry scalp. Through the scalp analysis, I found out my scalp was of a very dry type, which led to it being really oily usually by mid-day. After using the product, I no longer have oily hair, and it can last up to at least a day. Overall, definitely had a good experience. Professional, effective, and worth the money.

I have accompanied my partner to see to his hair and scalp needs and was impressed with the service of the staff here and their expertise in and tending to keeping our hair and scalp health to its best. I am now of course a regular customer myself. Always feel great after their care!

Love the services using with the right equipments and solutions for the scalp and hair thiniing problem. An excellent hair treatment centre tucked away in Bedok Mall. First they conduct a detailed analysis of hour scalp explaining the difficulties or problem areas. Then they suggest the appropriate treatment for your conditions. I find their charges fair considering the type of products they are using for me. I would return for my regular treatment. Look out for Crystal the gregarious manager and she'll give you the best service ever.
