β β β β β Food was normal. Crispy crust, good ingredients. Cheese wasn't too my liking. A few ants were crawling by the side of the sofa table. Overall Great Service with my family of 4.

β β β β β I did a pickup for the mala pizza. I reached the pizzahut on time according to the app but i still had to wait 5 minutes for the pizza. The place wasn't crowded so idk what's the hold up. I mean i honestly didn't mind waiting even if it was 10 mins. The pizza is nice and hot and they were not stingy with the cheese and chili packets

β β β β β I like to complement the following staff from Pizza Hut Toa Payoh. They Yong Ping , Andrew Kang and Lim Wen. All of them are the most polite staff we ever encountered. I like to highlight Lim Wen, who is attentive to our needs and kept us updated about our orders without us asking. She is easily the best restaurant staff ever. Thanks for the pleasant experience Pizza Hut Tpy.

β β β β β Came around around 120pm Saturday, the restaurant Manger says waiting time is 45mins. The reason is they are busy preparing catering orders. It's a poorly managed places. Shall avoid at all cost

β β β β β The food was served fast with almost no waiting time (on a sunday evening). The service was okay as well, it was prompt and polite. Some of their staff are on the spectrum but high functioning, so do be patient with them. No issues and service was smooth.
Took away a star because the truffle mushroom pizza had no truffle smell at all and was somewhat disappointing.
