Only posted the opening hours on the door instead of correcting it online too..wasted my time and effort to visit it..

Branch only have ATM services, no longer has any counter services for example open account cannot be done here

Serangoon central Blk 253 & Rivervale plaza posb branch opening hours not updated online. Pui! Pui! Pui! Waste my freaking time.

Googled that the branch is opened. Went there yesterday morning and found it boarded up.

First time I tried registering for ibanking online was denied. Called up their helpdesk who directed me to the VTM here to get a secure token. Didn't work. Called the helpdesk at the VTM, was told something with my old and closed account (closed more than 10yrs ago) being linked. Probably the system lack recognition of which is which account. Asked me to give them a couple days to sort things out. 2 days passed and POSB called me to say its ok, can visit the VTM again next day to get the token. I gave it few more days, went on a Sunday and the same thing happen. No token. I called the helpdesk again on their VTM and was told something with my account they need more time to process, they lost me when they told me more time needed. Why call me up in the first place to say things are sorted? Total waste of my time, over the phone, my trips to VTM, total waste. Reason for needing the token for security they say. But its so hard to even get a token from them that you wonder if they actually have a working ibanking to begin with. I will stick to normal brick-and-mortar banking with POSB and maybe some basic traditional atm services. If they can't get my account token right, I don't have confidence that they can do banking over the internet without problems. I will continue ibanking with OCBC. My money should be safe.

No banking services only financial planning.

Take note! Bank has been under renovation since 15 May, although Google maps says that it's open. Not sure when it will reopen though.
