★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived there for 2 years, very small but expensive unit, the location isn’t great as it is only accessible by bus, the closure of Shaw plaza added extra inconvenience to the living, don’t think of renting there before Shaw Plaza can be reopened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location. Bus stop just stone away. 5 mins walk to whampoa wet market & hawker centre.
Although is a small condo, but still have a decent size swimming pool and gym.
Courier man always left my parcel in front of my door when I was not at home, and the parcel never went missing. So I would say resident here are all very good, made me feel very secure.
