Kelly is very professional and service oriented, she recommended type of service I required most to treat most critically. I been using beauty service from another big organisation more than 10yrs but don't get to see immediate result from what Kelly have highly recommended on the face peeling . Just 1st treatment ,i see miracle on my skin is clearer and lightened with miming peeling which I don't have such effect before .
Mable is friendly and like the treatment she did for me too, I felt like I knew her for so long that I am so comfortable chatting with her.
Today is my 2nd treatment and I would love to give a thumbs up to the service I received and I am looking forward to show my result with my friends so they may try your service too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unpleasant experience with consultant at Prestious solutions following facial treatment. Felt pressurised into buying expensive packages irregardless of whether the services are needed. Once the sales consultant realised I was not going to shell out thousands on the day she couldn't get rid of me fast enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go. Hard selling of facial packages. They will keep asking you to sign up for more expensive treatments. Service is only so-so. Got cheated of more than $3000 . Every visit is like a verbal battle. You have to quickly get out of the door as soon as you are done otherwise you will be pressured to buy more from them. They will ask you to exchange your package for more lousy and expensive treatment, so in the end you pay more for the same thing. In the end only do 10 facials, average price is $100. The good reviews here are probably fake or skewed as they report bad reviews as spam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. With them for quite a while. Trying to ask me to try new kind of facial buy deduct 4 times of my onees. I refused insisted on just do own one. She was so unprofessional just hastily finish doing it. Not shoulder massage when asked she said OK I do for you after taking off mask?? Told her I am very unhappy No need. Do not feel facial was done properly at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, to be honest, I'm quite dilemma to proceed with my appt at first due to the endemic situational but luckily I did! The place is clean....sanitiser is easily spotted and the bed has a clean sheet (that makes me so relieved!!). Yes upon arrival, the consultant asked many qns on my skin condition but I believed she just want to cater the right treatment according to my skin type. The treatment was done perfectly....and I'm just ready for the upcoming festivals. Thanks for everything! Hurray.....
