Dr Woon is the quintessential surgeon; an individual with excellent bedside manners, professional, competent and highly knowledgeable in his realm of expertise. A sterling diagnostician who is meticulous with details and readily accessible in responding to my queries presented. Dr Woon's manual dexterity as a surgeon provided me with a new lease of life, surgery undoubtedly successful. Blended with self devotion and empathy for patients, both he and his team have provided me with a holistic pre/post operative quality of care. His collaboration among his team of staff and other medical personnel is worthy of emulation. If Dr Woon weren't specialized, I'd see him for everything!

I was surprised that on the day that I wrote him an email, he immediately called me and gave me his personal number. He has also made himself available to my calls and texts throughout the day. Whenever I have any questions or updates to share with him, he is very responsive and takes the initiative to allow me to fully comprehend my case in a considerate and caring way. His staff (Mandy) was very responsive as well. Bill is not cheap but I guess this is the same for private doctors in Singapore. Overall experience and recovery was excellent.

He goes above and beyond his call of duty to deliver the best of care for his patients. I was referred to him after a failed procedure, and despite the complications, he did his best and managed to remove my gallstones stuck in the bile duct without having to do an open surgery, which helped speed up the healing process. He’s calm, reassuring and extremely patient, which made my stay in the hospital a much better one. Thank you doctor!
