It was way later than the expected date (about one week late) but they did email me that it was cause my unit number was missing which was my fault anyway and the person seemed nice about it. Will definitely order again!

Took about 4 working days to arrive. Totally satisfied with the print quality. Would definitely recommend to those who prefer convenience! Cheers!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing quality photos! Easy to use – just need to upload your photos and crop to fit your artwork size all done online! Also love the indication that tells you the percentage of how poor in resolution your photo is for the size I want to print.
Only wished they would have drop me an update (call/email) as I waited 3 days (as according to the website) for the prints and had to call in to check if they received my artwork as I did not receive any email updates or anything.
Chose self-pickup at their office and weathered a heavy downpour only for the staff to miss out one item -.- but they quickly rectified it by sending it down to me the next day. So customer recovery was good! ?? My advice is to double check your items before leaving next time.
