★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calm and serene place next to the waterway. Its conveniently placed next to Oasis Terraces, has a fairprice supermarket in vicinity and is very well connected by both bus and LRT. Haven't seen the homes inside so cannot talk about them but all in all a decent place to live at.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived in 13/629, 173D... There was rampant smoking from the 12th floor, just below our house... Despite repeated reminders to the occupants, they continued to smoke cigarettes out of their windows and it came right onto our home. Me and family suffered a lot... Despite of Singapore being such a well governed country with strict rules, some sadistic people find ways to torture others. I have a lot of respect and admiration for Singapore... Have even seen law makers discuss in parliament about smoking ban... Hope it is implemented.
