Overly pushy salesmen, doesn’t take no for an answer

Overly pushy, tries to hard sell products and packages and won’t take no for an answer. Polite rejection does not work.

Purewax Singapore has examplary Customer Service. They really care for their customers. A big shout out to Fahim and his team. Well done. Have a huge success in Singapore.

Seems like 1 star is the lowest. They've made promises after promises to do waxing service at any time but no show. This isn't what I signed up for, still waiting for my full refund.. When you give young ones a chance to flourish yet they don't cherish.

I met this guy NIC on shell Siglap petrol pump , he said it’s a young company , encouraging the youngsters I agreed that they do a one time application of PUREWAX on my car for 50 SGD Advance cash , he came that evening to my condo to apply on my car , I said need to check in morning as night could not see any effect of wax. Next day morning did not find anything impressive so I ask him to come for a touch up or reapply as he had hardly applied any wax and didnt feel any difference. He straightly refused and started asking more money. Even though when I paid him money he told me that he will provide me receipt next day from his office , now he is not sending any receipt. Don’t trust this company avoid, the product is definitely not worth it , or the way they applied is no use.

Complete scam. Was approached by Pras at a Shell station, who claimed that buying a wax package of $200 will provide the wax bottles x4, plus service of a free wax service (as stated on a shell associated voucher given out). Also promised being able to come by at any location anytime in the next 2 years for additional fee to wax car. Since then, I have been trying to schedule the wax service multiple times over the last 3 weeks, and always get cancelled on at the last minute. Kept waiting, refusal to speak over the phone when I call, only conversing by whatsapp with multiples excuses as to why the appointment was not fulfilled. Worse thing is that it is always communicated last minute (on the day of appointment, AFTER the stated time and only AFTER I initiate contact). Nothing against the product but completely against this unprofessional, scam-like behaviour of a company. Avoid at all costs
