★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came for my appointment at 930am, I sat in the dispensary and payment section for over 24 minutes waiting for someone to finally pick up my forms and actually get the meds ready and payment all while watching 6+ women sitting behind the counter talking about lunch and patients and everything else besides what needs to be done. Why is it always that people think you have all day to sit around and wait for them. My time is also precious and I have others things to do better than sitting watching people not doing anything! Disappointed in the new Internal Medicine - diabetes’s and endocrine system! There’s no communication and no consistency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is written specifically for Dr Leyland Chuang, my infectious disease specialist at raffles hospital. After seeing 6-7 different doctors, I am glad I was led to Dr Leyland. He is really knowledgeable in his field, and a very patient doctor. He goes the extra mile to obtain medications that I have suggested, which is not easily attainable. The medication has improved my health condition. He follows up with me and ensures that I am not left waiting in blank space.
He takes his time to explain to me about my condition and there is never a session I walk away feeling lost. I want to thank him for doing so. Truly, it is rare these days to have a doctor that have all of the above qualities. I really appreciate it and I would recommend my family and friends to him should they ever have similar/related issues.
