It was a little chaotic when I visited to take my Pre-Departure ART test. Nevertheless, 5 stars and a big thanks to the team, particularly Carrie for her gentleness, kindness and fabulous energy at the end of a long day (and likely long 2 years). Grateful to Carrie, and other medical professionals, who have been working tirelessly throughout this pandemic, and who are now helping us get to our families overseas for the holidays. Thank you and keep going, we appreciate you ❤️

Had pleasant experience here. Easy registration. But needed to wait a bit even though my appointment was at 12.15pm. But this was my first time that I did not feel pain during the swab. The person was so gentle and professional. She even told me she has done more than 100k swabs. Haha. Definitely worth it!

Dr Wicky Wong is professional and my trusted family doctor. My kids and I have been seeing him for years since we returned from overseas in 2013. We went to other clinics when he moved to Harbourfront and still found him the best. He does not overprescribe medicine and nurses at the counters are also polite and dispenses medicine clearly. My guess for the bad reviews are due to the own temperaments of the people giving them, or that they were feeling immense stress at that moment and displaced their negativity at the staff of this clinic.

Really worse clinic ever. Ppl come to clinic if only necessary. Went in informing in for consultation as I got reject via vc and advice to head down to clinic for a check. As I am tested positive I do not wish to contacted to others. She really rude to the max!! I told her I been calling but no one answer. She reply me we need to walk in n out right. I was stunt!! When I reach there both are at the counter without patient there !! Ask her anywhere nearest clinic that I can go ... She say u go bugis hospital!

I was so sick and still need to wait for 3 hours in the queue. Test results never come within 3-5 days as doctor told me. They did not inform and they do not pick the calls. You’ll literally need to go down again to ask something simple !!

i’ve been in twice in the past month - 1 pcr and 1 art test for travel - and found that both the wait time/duration and service was great…especially the latter, the staff was very friendly! honestly, at the start of travel re-opening not sure how many places were actually efficient and/or good at testing so perhaps there were some growing pains, but i would highly recommend this location for testing - provided that you book an appointment in advance… thanks team!

Worst clinic ever. They make you first wait for a few hours and then make you pay offline even if you alreapaid online. I made an appointment 1 week in advance for a blood serology sample for covid antibodies. I showed up on time. However the ladies at the counter forced me into a “see a GP” queue saying that I can't just get a blood test without a doctor specifying which one I need. After one hour of waiting i went back to the front desk to ask why my prior appointment did not matter. I showed her my appointment in the raffles app. She tried to dodge it for a while saying that's not an appointment. Then I literally showed her how that page in the app says “Appointment Details”. On finally scanning my QR code she said it is the wrong appointment for the kind of test I need (which earlier she said only the doctor can determine) Then I opened the raffles app in front of her face again and asked her which test i should have picked. She said they don't have any of that test. So basically they we just scamming me to get me to pay for their GP consultation when they admit they cannot even perform the test required.

Nur have done a good job, I've make an appointment for once a year medical checkup. She was very patient to do my eye checkup, even though she tried so many times and cannot captured a good shots of my right eye. Even though she is new, she tried her very best to keep calm.
