I wish to thank REFASH for doing a good job. Recycling the clothes which otherwise is in the bin. Providing various design of clothings at affordable price. Checked for defects which is nice because online we could not see. Is a good experience to me as I can get one piece limited edition dress etc.

The selling experience is great. Two big bags of clothes were evaluated within 2 weeks and the cash proceed of $220 was payout on the same day (instead of the 60 working days). Thanks to REFASH that the clothes are able to find its new owner.

Drop off around 3 boxes of clothes at refash as i am in the midst of moving. Pleasantly surprise that the amount sums up to around $200 plus which is a bonus for me as i was planning to donate them initially. receive the amount within the given time frame of 60days. Will send in more clothes again when i am done packing. Thank you for the fuss free process.

I'd usually thrift their clothes at physical stores and prices are cheaper and you can easily get a feel of the quality and sizes. I bought clothes from their online platform twice. My first online thrift wasn't great as quality of clothes weren't what I would have gotten, but I guess that's what you get with online purchases (can't see and touch the materials properly yourself). I gave the online platform a second chance recently with their big sale and managed to snag several good pieces - happy with about 4/6 of them! I recommend other thifters to wait for big sales, look at the sizing guides carefully and buy from good brands for best experiences

My first time selling with REFASH & it’s a pretty pleasant one! The experience was seamless and they were fast to response to my message. It’s a good way to clear out your wardrobe & resell it to others who would put it to more use. The only thing that could be better is for them to take a quick shot of the rejected clothes so we know better next time on what kind of clothings are preferred. Thanks!

Absolutely the best buys I got this CNY. I got 6 articles of clothes (at great quality too!) that upgraded my wardrobe image. Wore them through CNY visits and even got some hoots from colleagues on how great I looked. The part I love most is how I'm not impacting the environment with more demand - just simply giving love to these dresses as their new owner. The online experience was very smooth; the site was easy to navigate. Would definitely be my first go-to option if I need to get more outfits next time!

Just use Refash for donating your pre loved clothes. Do not expect any money in return. Though you might have paid $15 for a branded/non branded piece of clothing, when you wear once and return,they put it in the category that it can't be sold. So use Refash for de cluttering without expecting them to pay you. I dropped my clothes thrice but I was told that the clothes I donated, can't be used for resale (Some were picked up from Refash for $15). I visited Refash Bugis Junction last week, the girl at the counter named Aprona welcomed me and spoke to me well. She guided me as it was my first visit to Refash. I picked a few clothes. I dropped some red packets at GENECO recycling box and shared the information on Facebook ,Instagram and LinkedIn. My followers appreciated it a lot. Yesterday I visited Refash at Westgate and gave my 10 preloved clothes a second life. It feels great to wear,love your clothes then recycle them. Today I visited Bugis Junction again and dropped 10 clothes, Si Ting attended to me. I dropped another bag of clothes at Westgate last in March 2022.
