★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited at Northpoint City since 7.15am for the 7.20am bus 573, bus came at 7.47am. Bus driver says earlier bus broke down. Few weeks ago also similar occurrence. Called the office and HP numbers but can't get through. People rely on your transport service to get to work on time! Website doesn't update bus timing when there are changes. Used this service for years, but seems to be getting worse.
