My worst facial! I was there (parkway branch) because my package needs to be converted from Massage to Facial due to change of ownership. So I have a trial of their lifting Facial. When I was there, I was told that their machine uses nano needles to be used on my skin. I’m very concerned of the needles but was reassured that it’s very small needles which doesn’t harm or enlarge my pores. The whole procedure is very biting, uncomfortable and my face becomes reddish which she say is normal. I couldn’t see clearly but when I reach home after removing the sunblock, I saw lotsa red spots on my face!!! The procedure not only DOES NOT lift my face but also left my face with ugly patches! ? Please DO NOT GO!! Full of regrets!

Have bought a package with them and have never regretted it since. Am on my 5th Session for Brazilian IPL, and so far so good. Results showed within first few sessions, with significantly slower hair growth. The service there is great as well, and they focus a lot on customer comfort, especially during the session itself. Highly recommended! :)

Worst Facial I have ever had. I bought a 3 session package with Fave for facial at Revive West Coast. It started off strange because I had called on Tuesday to book an appointment for the very same day, but none were available. The next day, someone from the clinic miss calls me. When I call back, he tells me that I had given them a miss call, which was why he was calling back. I said I had already spoken to someone. He then asks what it was regarding and I said it's fine, I already spoke with someone. He insisted on knowing what it was regarding, which I felt was quite rude, but since I already bought a package, I made an appointment for yesterday anyway. Then I went down yesterday and was told all the massage parts of the package I bought were no longer available because they are no longer a spa. The same man who had called me then tried to get me to top up for other services which I didn't want - I wanted the services that had been advertised. If it's not in the package, then they really need to stop advertising it, but I checked, and it's still on Fave right now. The same man also happened to be the facial technician, and he was really unprofessional and sketchy because he couldn't or wouldn't give me a straight answer whenever I asked. I asked if my nose would be red the next day, and he proceeded to try and convince me to add on services for my facial. I had to ask him 3 times before he would tell me if my nose would be red the next day. He then told me to avoid going out in the sun for the next 3 days after doing the facial, to which I asked him what would happen if I did. I had to ask him a few times before he would give me a straight answer (which wasn't even a very good answer). I still have 2 more treatments in my package, but I'm definitely not going back there.

Hi, i’m giving a review as i’m frustrated. Like the previous reviewer, they are really hard selling and have tried to get me to upgrade my packages on almost every visit (this makes my visits very stressful) and I did so for the first few visits as every deal seemed to be a better one. However, what’s really annoying is the lack of a transparent system to keep track of your visits. They make you sign on an electronic pad but you’ve zero visibility on the total number of sessions you’ve signed up for and the number of sessions left (this gets really confusing when you’ve upgraded your package midway through an existing package with all the conversions etc). It ends up a debate session where it’s your words against the receptionist’s words. To avoid such conflicts and confusion, may I suggest that you let your customers look at their sessions records before signing of? Most beauty salons I visit do that.

I frequented revive for many years. The service is good and been consistent. I sticked to my regular therapist. Her name is Wanjun. I read some bad reviews lately and felt a little sad as the shop do provide good treatments. The therapist has asked me if I could write a review for her company as she knows that I am a happy customer. I give Revive 4 stars from my opinion. The shop is clean, and services are carried out properly. The price is fair. I have recommended many friends to this shop since I've started my treatments here.

I've always enjoyed my treatment since they started at Tras Street. Their therapists like Li Juan and Pei Yi are very friendly and professional. However my recent experience is very disappointing and frustrating just like what previous reviews mentioned. The management decided to stop some treatment and I was not notified in advance. Neither did they tell me when they reconfirm my appointment the day before or when I was waiting at the reception. They asked me to top up $80 to upgrade my current treatment when I had changed and ready to start. This is very unprofessional. I did not agree and the other option given was to combine 2 sessions into 1 session to let me try the new treatment. I paid for 6 sessions so now become now 3 sessions. Do I feel cheated? YES OF COURSE but what choice do I have now since the treatment I signed for is no longer available. After my treatment, I feedback again to the receptionist and their response was just cold about it. No doubt that their treatments are pleasant, the tactic used to upsell and the way they handled such feedback was totally unacceptable. Hopefully the management IS looking into it like they replied in previous reviews.

i am a fave customer and i am so happy that the basic facial i bought has been upgraded to power transdermal absolutely with no extra charge. The treatment was very experiential. I saw my pores become less obvious and i am fairer too.Everyone is very friendly here and the staff even gave me a free hairdo as I told them tonight i have dinner. I bought their SHR promo too. $800 for unlimited sessions. Thank you revive.

It was my first visit to Revive Aesthetics and did the Super Hair Removal for brazilian area. The staff are attentive and caring. I had in-grown hair problems from shaving and waxing previously and now it has been 3 weeks since the last treatment was done. Superb effect as the result is significant. I bought a small package and looking forward to the next treatment. Good job all!
