★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be very careful of this bank, there is no Customer service in this bank for Customer and they will try to suck your money if you are not aware. this is a dangerous bank to use, try to avoid.
They dont even deserve 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bank doesn't even deserves 1 star! Totally unresponsive from Cecil Street branch despite my calls to the Service Centre on 22 Sep, 27 Sep, 9 Oct and 10 Oct. They just don't bother even when I requested a call back or at least an email reply. Nothing! Check my RHB report no 25164862! Hate to air this in public but this is totally unacceptable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first experience with RHB Singapore due to opening of fixed deposit account. The app was intuitive and I could open the account smoothly. But what amazes me was the customer service hotline. Firstly, I don't need to go through too many layers before reaching a customer service officer and secondly, Wani who serves me, was patient and friendly and solved my issues within 5 mins. It has been a long time since I get such pleasant service in a bank. Thank you.
