Friendly service and a fantastic selection of the latest releases and international films. Hidden gem in Singapore. Excellent recommendations from the staff who are huge movie buffs themselves.

Service is very good compared to many retail shops nowadays. Very warm and friendly instead of just trying to sell you something. It's also nice that they are fellow film buffs. Too bad they couldn't import a lot of classic titles (now released in 4k over at America) in both blu ray and 4k definition, but that's the MDA's fault, so can't really blame them. The rental package is not bad too, giving one week rental instead of two days like Videohub Multimedia. Can rent 9 blu Ray's at $50 compared to Videohub's $8 per disc. They also allowed me to rent out the blu ray discs (containing the special features) when I complained that their 4k disc rentals don't include the bonus features disc. Very few if any Singapore shop owner will do that, so major props to them. They also have classic TV series on DVDs for rental like Buffy and Simpsons, giving me more reasons to return. Nice.

We enjoyed watching Top Gun 1 n Soul DVDs during the holidays. I returned the Soul dvd one day late n was grateful that the fine was waived. Thank you for being gracious, Rida!

It may seem a bit outdated to rent blue ray and DVD but we really like the videos and the ambience. Brings back memory. Very comprehensive collection for both popular (ie we heard before) and not so popular (ie we never heard before) titles. Always a pleasant surprise when browse through a title which we missed when it was shown in theatre. Make sure to check out the location of drop off box at level 1 before you leave. Really convenient to return when one is rushing for time. Staffs were really friendly and forthcoming to attend to our queries and request.
