Riverside Hotel Robertson Quay - 1 Unity St

Contacted the hotel for a last minute stay and the assistant manager, Jeremy Kim helped me settled everything. Check in was smooth but had to cancel my second night due personal reason and the hotel graciously refunded even though the amount paid was not refundable. The room was spacious and clean, enough to fit 2-3 pax comfortable and with a great view. Will not hesitate to book here again.

Best quality regarding to the reasonable price. All staffs were kind and well trained. Quite good swimming pool they got. Not tried any food in there. Better go out.

Definitely rate 5* based on amenities, service and location at a competitive price. And it deserves another star for the support the gave us when we were surprisingly tested positive for Covid. I would not hesitate to return.

Loved this hotel, the rooms were exactly like the ones i saw on Google, the location is just amazing, its really close to food courts. The staff here is beyond amazing, very respectful, I love that about them. I hope to come back and stay here again for my next holiday.

Great location near to a lot of good cafes and restaurants, MRT and bus stops are a short walking distance. The lobby is big and nice, all the receptionist are friendly and helpful. The concierge guy is helpful and always smiling. the room is a bit small but has a big window lots of sunshine in the room ☀️ so it makes it feel better. Bathroom is clean and most of the amenities are there, tho I do think the sink isn’t convenient. Swimming pool is great as well.

1. the room was very loud. ZERO soundproof the room had a door between the next room and even small sound travelled through the door and it was very very loud. Also, I could constantly hear people using the elevator 2. The room was NOT READY and broken phone no pillows were on the bed. When we requested the bed, it took about 30 minutes for the pillows to arrive. there was one extra pillow in the closet and a staff member threw it on the bed saying 'here' and housekeeping was contacted to bring two more pillows The phone to call the reception and housekeeping was broken so a staff member had to come in and fix it and this whole process took about an hour and I could not rest. There was a long wait time to reach housekeeping or reception if we needed anything 3. My sandals went lost on the property and VERY slow services From 2, you can see that the housekeeping is not doing their job properly. I had a pair of sandals that both my partner and I saw in the room in the morning that we left. We put our luggage bags in the hotel reception while we were exploring the city. When I came back, the sandals went missing. It was either left in the room or it went missing while it is in the luggage and the latter is much less likely. It is our fault that we did not do a proper final check but the hotel also needs to do proper housekeeping to see if there is any missing item. After exploring the city, we asked reception whether there was a missing pair of sandals from the room we stayed. It took about 40 minutes for them to give us an answer. By then, they still could not reach housekeeping saying it is hard to contact housekeeping sometimes (what...??) and told me that the housekeeping checked when we checked out in the morning and there was nothing in the room. As I mentioned above, both my partner and I saw the sandal in the morning that we left. So they either didn't do their job properly or the item was stolen while it was under their watch.

Came early but the staff was very nice to check us in at 2pm. The room is comfortably big, toilet is spacious. Aircon and water pressure all good. I think it's a decent hotel at a very good price point. Will come again.

Convenient location but the room I was in - there is problem with locking the toilet door. Kept opening on its own. Bed is comfortable. By midnight, the staff seems to be in the inner office so suggests to keep a bell at reception desk for guests to call out to the staff when they need help or have questions. It is so weird they would close the parking garage after midnight.
