Shoutout to Esther for being extra patient in accommodating some of my last minute changes/requests. I'm so pleased with the great customer service. Definitely won me over to come back as a returning customer.

They are very friendly and welcoming, you can count on them for bouquets for various events. I've recently bought a bridal bouquet and a gift bouquet, and the bride loves them. They provide suitable advice and can customise their bouquets according to customer's requests. They provide delivery service as well, thumbs up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esther (co-owner) was very accomodating when I wanted to order a flower arrangement on short notice but they were all sold out. She offered to give me the same arrangement another customer ordered, but for a later date presumably (they will remake the arrangement). This was such a kind gesture, and I would give them six stars if I could.
Their flower designs are ever so unique and refreshing, especially from their everlast series. Do give them a look as they provide free delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried my luck for same day delivery, texted Esther (seller) and her response was polite and immediate. Ordered at 3pm, delivered at 6pm. Very reasonably priced, flowers look amazing and exactly like photo.
Free delivery above $60 which made the deal even sweeter. Recipient was highly satisfied as well. Would definitely order again and highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very responsive seller and pretty preserved flowers for a gift! Item delivered on time (same day delivery) and is the same as what I see online! I WhatsApp the number on the website at 9am (before their opening hours) and got a reply within a few minutes. We "closed the deal" within the next few minutes because I wanted to get a bouquet delivered within the same day. Flexible florist, able to change the colour of the roses. In the website, pink and purple options were given. I asked if they have red and florist said yes! Florist sent me a pic she took of my flowers. I am sharing pic I took, which obviously is not professionally taken and no props. Will buy again!!
