Utterly disappointed with their lack of customer service and professionalism. Placed an order with them on 3 Sep and item was still not ship even after a week later so I had to email them on the shipping status on 9 Sep. Then they told me the product was sold out. At this point I was slightly annoyed since they should have updated their website to state it is sold out and should have immediately informed me the item was sold out after I made payment but they only informed me when I emailed them on 9 Sep about it. First red flag. So then they asked if Im willing to wait for the shipment or they would refund me. This was on 9 Sep. I did not reply them until 2 Oct since their email went to my spam, but they also did not have the courtesy to follow up with me. So when I replied them on 2 Oct, they told me the item is now in transit. No further updates from them so I had to chase them again then they informed me on 17 Oct the shipment will only reach Singapore on 26 Oct. It has now been 2 Nov and I have been chasing them since 26 Oct (their promised deadline), and NO reply from them at all. Totally irresponsible and unprofessional. Purchase from them at your own risk.
