If you read Su YH’s review and go Salon One, you must be regret! I visited Salon One on last Thursday. When I went into the shop, only 2 customers there. My experience was exactly same as what the other got, so I didn’t explain in here again. They liked to use the lousy machine to check your scalp. Three people kept selling the package, horrible! Hope no more victims!

I m not sure why there is so many bad review on them. If this salon is not good, customer will not keep coming in. Yes, i went there for cheap haircut. In the end, was recommended to their scalp treatment. Every marketing strategy is like that, but i don feel forced to sign it n sign it willingly. I have been their regular customer since 2 yrs ago. I can say their manager Jason give good services and is very friendly. He use to be my hairstylist but after he get promoted to manager, he don do treatment for customer. If you are lucky, you may get your haircut done by him. You can see him always outside (it may seem like he is pulling customer) but he greet every regular customer that pass by and ensure no ppl cut queue. I was refer to another hairstylist called Wei Lai. He gives good head n shoulder massage. I can say the treatment i paid for is worth it. My scalp get better and hair loss problems reduces after 2 yrs. Please do not expect immediate result. Hair will naturally grow if yr scalp get healthy and that take time. If you see the hairstylist taking a break and not entertain those queuing outside, please, is very tiring to stand whole day, they deserve a break. Or they are waiting for customer that have booked an appt. I hope those who read the bad review, can go n try it out and see is it really that bad. If so, why ppl are still coming in to get their haircut done?

Wonder why this horrible salon is allowed to exist! Worse haircut and a total scam!

I had an ok time there. Fast service and cheap. I purchased the one year “member” for unlimited discounted haircuts and it works fine, even transferable. Yes, they’ll ask you if you want extras, just say no. Honestly though (maybe cos I have a basic haircut that signals “budget”) they didn’t ask me to get extras.

If can give negative 5 stars. Probably this place will get max -5 stars. Hardselling is a norm. Probably in their minds getting their sales quota is the only way to go. Unethical is alright. My family member who happened to be a person with disabilities (wheelchair) was pressured into getting a package. Under high pressure hardselling tactics. They manage to close the deal. Strongly recommend those who are soft hearted to not visit. Cos they’ll probably brainwash u until u get their package

Worst haircut ever. I have nv had my haircut in less than 5min. The moment I entered I was judged till I exit the salon. I was being questioned by the hair stylist rather than receiving an advice on how my hair should be cut. This will be my first and last.

This is the biggest scam I’ve ever seen. I signed a package deal with them because they told me it would help with hair loss. On your first visit (before signing the package deal), they will give you VIP service, like curling your hair or massaging your neck, to get you to think that every session will be like that so that you’re more inclined to buy the package deal. But in the subsequent sessions, they are very rude and pushy. The package deal I bought was for 12 sessions but every time I went, they would say that this particular treatment is not enough and that they needed to use better, more expensive products on me. That meant that they would count it as more than one session, so every time I went, they would count it as 4 sessions instead of 1. In the end, I paid for 12 sessions but only had treatment done 4 times. This is why I say it’s a scam because initially, before buying the package, they told me that this can solve my hair problem but in the subsequent session, they’re telling me that the treatment THEY initially recommended is not enough?! The worst part is that the staff don’t take no as an answer. The staff told me that they were going to use a more expensive product (which would cost more) and I kept telling them no but they really just keep arguing with you until you have no choice but to concede. The staff even told me that if I found the treatment too expensive, I can always switch to only eating vegetables to save money. And she said it in such a rude manner that I was seriously appalled. I dreaded every visit because it’s like walking into a pack of money-sucking vultures and I couldn’t wait for every visit to end so that I could get out of there. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had and it’s sufficient to say that I am traumatised. Oh, and my hair condition hasn’t improved.

Please do not visit this saloon.跨羊头卖狗肉。 This saloon do a promotion. Only $1 for hair cut if you sign up as member. I sign up as member. They bring me to an enclose small room and hard sell their hair treatment.. After which they will persuade me to sign up hair treatment for hair loss. They say that it will only be effective if i do the treatment for 39 session at $65/-. I sign up under pressure However, after a few session, they inform that the treatment not effective anymore and recommend me to take up other treatment at more than $400/- per session. I end up paying $400/- per session. I find that the its not effective after paying so much money... ??REGRET...REGRET..REGRET. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS OF THEIR HARD SELLING AND DO NOT FOLLOW THEM TO THE ENCLOSE SMALL ROOM...... ?

i have never hated my haircut so much till today. the guy who cut my hair did it without putting in any efforts. my hair was cut unevenly, with strands coming out. when i went back for the first time, the staff there did not even offer me a seat, he just made me stand while he cut my hair. after which, i realised there are more hair not being cut, i went back to the salon. that was when another staff finally gave me a proper trim. but as a result, my hair was shorter than how i wished. btw, there was no form of apology from them at all. would not recommend at all … will give 0 stars if i can
