★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a male assistant that was very rude I asked for the price of a lego piece I was giving to a friend and he told me to 'GET LOST!!' After I asked "too" many questions. If you don't believe me owner, go to the cctv at 5.30 pm 3rd Jan 2020

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Lego Store is very very squeezy, especially when there are many people inside. It is too small, and very hard to view the Lego sets at times. Also, the stock arrives slower than those in Toys r us. hence, if you're looking for newer products and Secret Chamber does not have it, go to Toys r us instead. The staff in this store are friendly and nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service at the Parkway outlet is severely lacking. The male shop assistant was disinterested in providing any form of service. When asked if they had a specific box set, he barely looked up and pointed in the direction. (Note : i was the only customer around)
He also gave me wrong info on the discount, offering only 10% off despite a prominent sign stating that all regular priced items were on 20% discount. When asked why , he did not explain. I stepped out to verify this with the Thomson Plaza outlet and i was right. I went back into the Parkway outlet but he insisted that it was still only 10% off with a take it or leave it attitude.
My friend subsequently went back to the Parkway store after i left and was offered the 20% discount. His feedback was consistent about a lack of service and a cannot be bothered attitude.
Long story short: take your $ elsewhere.
