Was at N0006. Carpark was full and did not allow to pass and exit, press help, no answer. Call number provided, took a long time to answer, by the time I spoke to someone, the gantry opened

Agree with other reviewers. Gantry always defective. Seen the gantry crashed on someone's car before. Cannot detect IU, etc.... Response from the control station also super slow causing massive jam.

The sensors always faulty in most carpark causing car must use manual cashcard entry. Very bad service. I wish secure parking either improve or close down. Cause too much inconvinence to driver.

The gantry for car park at Lorong Bekukong at Changi Village is faulty. There were about 6-8 lots available in the car park, however the gantry only permits entry when there is an exiting vehicle. Because of this malfunction, the queue to get into the car park builds up causing a traffic jam. Upon exiting, the reader does not read the cash-card efficiently, hence, I have to use the manual cash card reader. Because of this malfunction, the queue also builds up for exiting. This is my 5th encounter. Can someone from your company please look into this. Thank you.

Cash card stuck inside the nets machine since 5.44pm. initially the operator said the technician takes 15mins to come. After 15mins said stuck at Bukit Timah and needs another 20mins. Now after few calls said another technician coming from Holland ! Very lousy service. Only 2 technicians. After 1hour then the technician arrives at 6.45pm after an hour.

Expensive lesson for a u-turn, basically paid them parking charges just to enter and exit their carpark. Was stuck at the carpark at The Luxe because their gantry was buggy and staff manning the intercom was just slow and disinterested in resolving their issues with their gantry. I will avoid their carparks when possible

So i was stuck at the gantry for an 1 hour 30 min on one late evening. The Nets machine went down and unfortunately i was not registered to Vcashcard for the vehicle i was driving. I tried calling them, they told me they have no authorization to open and asked me to ask someone to help. Uhm sure if there was anybody around me. Plus its covid so you are encouraging social interaction during this pandemic? not to mention they dropped my calls from the help >10 times and a few times through the phone. They were extremely unwilling to help and choice to ignore me instead as an easy way out. Missed my kids Bday dinner, thanks alot!!!

Cashcard got 'swallowed' at BBBBM5, BBBBM6. Tried seek help from the gantry operator but she cannot hear me. Asked me call hotline and hotline operator also cannot hear me. Asked me call another hotline. Finally I got another operator who can hear me to assist. She said technician will be sent to location to retrieve my cashcard but she couldnt tell me what's his ETA. She also told me 'cannot call many times' on my SECOND call to ask technician ETA. No dedication nor initiative. Insensitive and definitely not helpful.
