I was just there at 8pm. Humbly walked into the store to browse and the lady owner/assistant was so rude. She said “Aiya I thought I close already (there was a curtain covering 1/3 of the shop which looked like deco) why u come in?” How rude is that to greet customer? I said I wanted to have a quick look as I saw something that caught my eye. She said “Aiyo I want to go home already. I serving last customer. You come back tomorrow”. Mind you, she said all these in a rude tone as if I was trespassing and not a potential customer. I ended up talking to the husband of the wife that the shop lady was serving. He was a nice man saying he is a repeat customer and he came down specifically to get stuff. He said the owner was sensitive and she is like that. Can ask for discount too. I mean, so what? I told him I know there is one shop similarly to this at Tampines 1 and I happen to pass by so I came in. I stepped further in to check out a small table which was what I was looking for. Again the lady bellowed “eh don’t go in later you break things”. Hello! I didn’t “go in” to any forbidden area. I just took two steps to see a table displayed there with no potential risk of breaking anything. I’m not a kid. Despite the gorgeous items on sale, the extremely rude lady owner/assistant with her bad temper spoilt the whole experience. She keep asking me to come again as she wants to go home. But why would I when she didn’t even wanna entertain my question of whether that table have other designs. Why would I visit again when I’m not sure if she have the design I want. Very very rude lady owner/assistant that just lost a potential customer. You don’t have to spoil others' day!

Was at this home and deco shop at thomson plaza at 1.09pm today. Service by saleswoman was very rude when I asked for measurements of a mat in inches. She shouted back at me to say her measuring tape doesn’t have inches. Could have just replied to me nicely. So another male staff then told me the pink mat that I was looking at was sold out. He was so arrogant n say if you want to complain just go ahead. Bad attitude!! This is really really bad service. So don’t ever go to this shop!

Picked up some things for my shop decor. Friendly staff. Wide selection. Interesting vintage items. Highly recommend. Free delivery was appreciated. Thanks.

Was looking for some unique items n found this gem. They have probably the most reasonably priced turkish lamps I've ever seen. The ones in chinatown n arab street almost triple the price!quality is similar and the boss gave me replacement lightbulb this is the most value for quality in sg!

Manage to snag 3 pieces of country deco from here that I couldn't find anywhere online or other shops. Boss was nice enough to give me free delivery to my place. Unique items that make it stand out. Only issue is stock keeps refreshing so sometimes the thing I see gone already by next week hahahha. Good place to browse everytime I come Thomson plaza.

Purchased some Peranakan and crystal glassware for an event from this shop. Aside from a great selection, the boss was also really helpful - he helped to suggest pieces and also arranged for free delivery to the event space. Really great quality and service for the price!
