Went for the first trial $58 deep cleansing facial. Was appalled as beautician started upselling me at my most vulnerable state when im laying down and alrdy ready for the facial (she started cleaning my face alrdy) that i booked. I was insistent on what i wanted to do and thankfully she eventually relented and did the deep cleansing . One thing weird was that she mentioned she would not have enough time to do my extractions when i clearly booked the deep cleansing facial (60mins). She eventually did the extractions so its fine i guess. Would have enjoyed the experience better if i didnt have to go through hard selling in the middle of my facial and had to keep rejecting and ensuring she is doing the one i actually signed up for.

Have been a customer of theirs for years! For facial services. I have sensitive skin, and I'm really glad that they offer a range of facial treatments that are suitable/catered for sensitive skin (Collagen, Dr Spiller, DIBI, just to name a few). The above listed three treatments are my favourite. They take the red and the dry from my face, and do not overcompensate by giving my face very oily/creamy products. Despite me being a regular customer for years, the staff would always assess my skin each time prior to the treatment, and let me know if it has been clogged, dehydrated, and recommend the most suitable treatment. The best part on top of their quality services? They are not pushy. They do not 'hardsell'. And whenever I recommend my friends to try their services, I always add in how the staff leaves me in my comfort zone by not initiating small talks with me. My friends' reactions would always be "oh my god that's a plus point!" They do chat with the more chatty customers! But for me, personally, I prefer a quiet and relaxed treatment, which I do not need to share or listen to little stories.

The beauty specialist was very nice and accommodating. But the cashier was quite arrogant especially when I told her I don't have enough funds right now to avail of their "promo" package for the next sessions. I actually just came for 1 session to try it out. She said "you don't have $300?? How to survive in Singapore"? Duh of course I have but it's already been budgeted for essentials! And I thought they don't hard sell. Such a rude way to treat 1st time customer. Never coming back.

Been with SG FACE for quite awhile and I remember researching on facials and SG FACE was recommended as a budget facial. Tried their trial and true to word, there was no hard selling. The service was great as well and for a guy who is clueless to skin care, they helped me understand my face better. Likewise, the extraction and massage is great as well. Would recommend this place!

Always enjoyed my facial session here. I have been with them for almost 3 years and their service has always been consistent with friendly beautician. Sarah has been professional, attentive and very friendly. Most importantly, I feel that her skills are great too! My pain tolerance is usually low and I’m glad I found sg face as their extraction is something I can endure for every session. Definitely worth a try!

Have always enjoyed my facial sessions at SG Face, have been a regular for quite some time. Overall skin has been getting better through the facial sessions here as compared to as before. Service is always consistent even by different beauticians. Hannah's has been very comfortable. Pricing is also reasonable for products used.

I have been a regular customer for their facials since start of 2020. Hannah's facial is very comfortable and the extraction are not painful. Most of the time I fall asleep throughout. She also explain each step of the facial and is not pushy with the sales. I find that i break out less and skin looks really clear and glow after the facial and will usually last for a couple of weeks. In between facials I will also take care of my skin to make it last as I am prone to congested pores and minor breakouts. I have consistently been getting compliments on my skin from random people and friends and I have also recommended the facial to my friends. Pricing is quite reasonable with the quality of products used.

I have been a customer for the past 3 years. Michelle and her team never disappoints. Staffs are well trained and standards are consistent. They listen to my requests and do not hard sell me anything extra. Whenever my skin needs an extra boost, my therapist will recommend some top-ups i can consider but will never force me into it. Even if i were to reject her, she is still friendly and understanding. It is the comfortable and stress free environment that makes me want to continue my package with them over and over again. Keep up the good work guys!
