★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience... today 19 April, 3:20pm, a female staff with purple / pink hair really really with a bad attitude when prepare the drink and popcorn, knock the drink because I ask for no ice, smash the popcorn.... really spoil my mood....??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cinema within the heartland of Sengkang West, Fernvale. Closest movie theatre to where we live. I like it here because it is less crowded too. Located within the top floor of Seletar Mall. Convenient for everything such as food, shopping, grocery, services like laundry, dry cleaning forex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pop corn counter tall guy service very jialat , poker face like i owe him few hundred thousand , so funny sia i spend for 13.90 to buy food from them and they was show me like shxt poker face! Honestly if you feeling unhappy unwell why not just stay house?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today (Thursday) book ticket online. So decided to buy food upon reaching the shaw cinema at seletar mall. I guess we are watching the last show for the day for the Dr Stranger. 3 male staff working.. Kinda upset with the service. The only option for the Food were either Popcorn or Nachos. Ok no choice. Then the Drinks are all no ice!!! They dont even top up their ice. Saw a few guest asking for ice when they notice their drinks is with no ice. then one of the staff took a cup of ice and put into the guest drinks. They seems to be rushing to end work? Or just dont want to do their work properly? Indeed their day might be busy and tired but this is not the way. Even our popcorn was service without tighten the plastic. They just roll twist the top of the plastic and nt even properly done. Not even fully full..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There were 2 gentlemen and 1 lady staff at the refreshment and ticket counter. The lady staff was v ery rude. Didn't even bother to make yet contact with customers and was passing and tosing around the items we bought on the counter.
We are paying, if she cannot smile at least be polite. If not keen to work,sray at home. There are hundreds jobless and will do a better job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inflexible and poor services, made a wrong screening time booking unintentionally due to the lagging website, called up immediately for help in hope to change the booking time and was told nothing can be done. I clearly understand the no cancellation policy and I'm not expecting any cancellation or refund, It is also not because of a change of mind as I called up immediately. Shaw can't even have some flexibility to make exception on case-by-case basis or at least have the courtesy to check and assist. Right off asking me to put the wrong booking to a waste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff r extremely rude, i accidentally booked an adult ticket instd of a student ticket, and when i asked them to change the tickets they made me wait for 30 mins, almost missed my movie. Was really upset abt their service. Then a senior staff came n changed my tickets in 5 mins. Horrible service, if u cant work properly jus quit.
