No callback received and when I called them back 40 mins after no one is picking up the line anymore. Tried more than 5x to no avail. Really bad customer service.
S	Stephanie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was a zero star, I would choose that option. I walked in today at around 6 45pm, to see the doctor for my flu and ear infection. There was no doctor still even at 7 10pm. If you state your evening clinic opening hours at 6.30pm, your doctor should be there by then no? Benefit of doubt is that he may have had another medical emergency to attend to but your clinic receptionist wasn't polite at all so hell no to this clinic.

L	LadyFera Ebrahem on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not even 1 star. I visited the clinic and the manner and the tone of how the staffs from Shenton Medical were communicating was rude and impolite. Doctor was also slightly rude. Please improve on customer service etiquettes.

J	Javier ng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinic close at 1230pm, I enter the clinic at 1240pm asking for a swap test for influenza. Apparently only they have swap test in Causeway Point. The counter nurse actually reject me even though I only request to have a swap test. What if I’m really influenza Positive and I got no help? Shouldn’t a clinic be more thoughtful and help out patient instead of brush patient off by telling us they’re close. I actually play pity infront of them but they just apologise and repeat to me that they’re closed. Will never step into this clinic no matter what ever again!

Clinic is full and no seat hence waiting outside after registered but been call to queue even show her my number. Should trust below reviews before visit this branch.
