β β β β β Purchased sweet potato and chicken chop in the evening. I was standing right in front of the counter, I waited for 25mins, my number was not called at all. I approached the staff and she told me it was done long ago, but no one came to pick it up.
Iβm definitely not deaf nor distracted. This is the 2nd time, the first time it happened 2-3 weeks ago, I was with my friends, maybe I didnβt hear it due to conversations, but this time round, I am wondering if I really didnβt hear it for the first time or the staff there use 30dB to call out numbers

β β β β β Was quite disappointed with Nexβs branch and gave my honest feedback to them. Like it was so disappointing that it affected the rest of my day because I was super sad LOL.
But I applaud their team as they took in the feedback really well & service recovery is good too. Will visit again in the near future ??

Also, while Paynow is accepted at this outlet, they require a photo of the successful transaction which has my personal bank account number on it. In lieu of this, I offered them an sms confirmation that DBS had sent that did not have these details and was rejected at first ?ββοΈ
This is the first time any place has asked for a picture of the transaction with bank account number as confirmation. I would caution against giving out any personal details - you are not obligated to.
