★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a damaged packaging / item using vPost, called the hotline and was told to go down to a branch to fill up a damage report. So we headed to this branch. The staff there gave us a form and told us to take photos and bring down developed prints of evidence.... is this still 1995? She was there and could see the damaged items/packaging! We were not offered the option of taking photos and emailing them immediately which could smoothen or expedite the claim process.
She looks like a senior member and while I’m not against older folks working, I think SingPost should give some training to the older folks if they want to retain them in service.
Was a lousy experience - not helpful!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed with this branch. It's during Covid 19 period so the long waiting time is expected. Compared to other branch, staff just point to the safe distance lines and did not approach customers to ask what services they are there for.
Counter staff just showed me to a desk to write until after about 5 mins I was approached and told to move away. Staff can be firm but don't be like a bloody stick and just see.
Hope next visit my experience will be better.
